和谐社会公民政治参与权的法治保障

公民政治参与权是指公民依法享有的由宪法和法律确认，受宪法和法律保障和限制，通过一定方式参与国家政治活动，并影响国家政治构成、决策、进程、结果，而不受他人非法干涉、侵犯和剥夺的权利。我国已形成保障公民政治参与权的法律制度，但也存在一些不足。进一步加强社会主义法治建设，对扩大公民有序政治参与，保障人民当家作主，建设法治国家，构建和谐社会都具有十分重要意义。

Legal Guarantee of Citizen's Political Participation Rights in a Harmonious Society

Citizen＇s political participation rights refer to the rights, ratified, protected and meanwhile limited by the constitution and law. With these rights, citizens participate in the national political activities in certain ways and influence the political formation, decision making, process, and results, during which their rights can not be interfered with, invaded by and deprived of. To date, a legal system on citizen＇s participation rights in politics has been formulated in China, although improvements need to be made. To strengthen further the socialist law system is of great significance to the systematic participation by citizens in political activities, to the guarantee of people＇ s right to be their own masters, and to the construction of a country under the rule of law and a harmonious society.
