沈阳市棋盘山不同风格别墅区景观SD法评价与分析

以沈阳市棋盘山地区最具代表意义的托斯卡纳风格、英伦风格、北美风格和西班牙风格四种风格别墅区作为研究对象，利用SD法对筛选出的四种不同风格的八个别墅区样本进行综合性景观评价，绘制其心理评价曲线图，并利用SD法得到的评价结果和相应数据进行综合性比对分析，最终采用因子分析法提取公共因子，得出形态因子、多样性因子、氛围因子、形式因子和色彩因子五个因子轴。研究结果表明，沈阳市棋盘山别墅区建筑风格多样，景观风格千篇一律，并且植物景观单一缺乏对文化的表达。针对这些问题提出，沈阳市棋盘山别墅区的建筑风格与景观风格要追求内容和形式的协调统一，注重植物景观与建筑风格的和谐，突出对特色文化景观的表达。

The SD-Method-Based Evaluation and Analysis of the Villa District Landscapes of Different Styles in the Shenyang Qipanshan Parkland

The villa ditricts with the Tuscany style, British style, North America style and Spanish style, which are supposed to be the most representative villa districts in Shenyang, serving as object for research, a comprehensive landscape evaluation was conducted by screening eight villa districts of four styles as sample with the semantic differential method （SD）, a curve graph of the psychological evaluation of the eight villa districts was drawn, a comprehensively comparative analysis was made using the evaluation and related data which the SD method had made and provided, and finally the common factors were extracted with the SD method and thus the 5 factor axes of imagery factor, diversity factor, atmosphere factor, form factor and color factor were able to be obtained. The result showed that the current landscape situation of the villa districts situated in the Qipanshan area of Shenyang can be summarized as the buildings taking on various styles, the landscape following almost the same mode and the plant landscape both being monotonous and lacking of cultural expression. Therefore, it is suggested： firstly, the architecture style and the landscape style should seek for the harmony and unity of content and form; secondly, attention be paid to the harmony of the plant landscape and the architectural style; and thirdly, the special culture landscape be especially highlighted.
