| 摘 要： | 中国尚未出现具有较大国际影响力的跨国公司的原因主要是由于中国企业缺乏独自技术。要提高企业的技术创新能力、创建独自技术还需要一个长期的过程。对于立志成为跨国公司的中国企业来说,跨国公司的战略管理是极有必要和不容忽视的。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the reason why there haven't any multinational companies with comparatively enormous international influence in China.It is because Chinese enterprises lack their own technologies.However,a long period of time is needed to enhance the technology innovation ability of Chinese enterprises and to create their own technologies.Therefore,the strategy management is quite necessary for multinational companies and can not be neglected. |
