| 摘 要： | 动漫期刊作为动漫产业的先行者与试验田,其发展受多种因素影响。基于PEST-SWOT矩阵分析方法,可对动漫期刊的发展环境系统全面的进行分析。根据矩阵中不同组合,相应提出动漫期刊实行产业链运营、建设新媒体平台、组建品牌化方阵、打造民族风动漫的发展战略。

| Abstract: | As the pioneer and test field of the animation industry, the development of the animation journals is influenced by a variety of factors. The analysis method based on PEST-SWOT matrix, provides an overall analysis on the developmental environment of the animation journals. According to the different combinations from the matrix, several developmental strategies are proposed in this paper that chain operation should be applied in the animation industry, a new media platform be constructed, brand hierarchies be built and present animation be fused with ethnic trend. |
