《食品微生物检验学》理论与实践教学改革

摘    要:为了更好地对《食品微生物检验学》课程教学进行改革,在理论教学内容中增加了新的基础理论知识和检验技术介绍;在实践教学课程中建立一个新的——"自主-合作-责任制"实验模式;采用教学评价新方案,侧重考核实验中的实际操作技能。使学生的专业技能及综合素质均有提高,取得了较好的教学效果。

Abstract:Combing with the development trend of food quality and safety professional setting and the new characteristics the food safety inspection in the new period, the paper carried on the reform to the teaching of "food microbiology inspection" course, added introduction of new basic theory knowledge and the inspection technique, established a new experimental model- "self- cooperation- responsibility system", and used new evaluation of teaching scheme, which focused on practical operation skills examination. The students professional skills, comprehensive quality and employment ability are improved by the teaching practice.The program achieved good teaching effection.
