| 摘 要： | 围绕实践中房屋错误登记,剖析了我国房屋权属登记行政管理模式的弊端,探讨了房屋权属登记的私法属性。通过对我国房屋错误登记的行政诉讼和国家赔偿机制的权利救济途径的质疑,提出应确立我国房屋错误登记的民事责任赔偿机制。
