中国饭店业的经营风险及控制和管理

摘    要:随着旅游业的普遍展开和饭店内外部环境的频繁变化,饭店经营的风险越来越大,加强饭店业的风险识别、评价、控制和管理是饭店管理的主要问题。论题主要从风险的类型、风险管理的程序和规避风险的主要措施三个方面探讨了饭店业的风险管理。

Abstract:With the expansion of tourism industry and frequent changes in internal and external environments of hotels,the risk of hotel management is growing.Therefore,to enhance the identification,evaluation,control and management of risk in hotel business becomes an important issue.From the type of risk,risk management procedures and risk aversion,this paper discusses the risk management of hotel industry.
