试论大学生就业心理问题的表现与调适

随着高校扩招和国际金融危机的影响,大学生就业形势日趋严峻,就业心理问题日益突显。教育工作者要正确分析大学生就业心理,并根据大学生的心理特点采取积极有效的措施,联合学校和社会,普及心理健康知识,提早开展大学生职业生涯规划教育,加强大学生就业指导工作,调整大学生就业期望值,加强毕业生自我心理调适。

Employment of college students:psychological problems and their resolution

Due to increased college enrollment and the financial crisis,it is getting more and more difficult for college students to find a job after graduation,which leads to many psychological problems of the students.In light of this,education workers should make efforts to fully understand the employment psychology of college students and take effective measures.They need to cooperate with other sectors of the society,impart knowledge of psychological health,advance career education,give more help to the students,lower the students＇ expectation,and promote the students＇ ability of psychological adjustment.
