| 摘 要： | “大学生村官工程”是高等教育改革直接面向新农村建设所需的一项重要举措，因此，以中央“一号文件”为指南和以高教改革为平台的“大学生村官工程”，应该而且能够在新农村建设的宏伟大业中发挥巨大的作用，为此，“大学生村官工程”应该成为一项长期的制度性建设，使得这项援农工程不断地将高等教育的科技和文化资源，通过多方面的渠道转化为新农村建设所需的强大推动力。 |

| Abstract: | The project of “selecting village officials among university graduates” is an important move of the higher education reform to serve the construction of new countryside. Guided by the first major document issued by the central government each year, basing on the platform of higher education reform, this project is supposed to play great role in the grand undertaking of building new countryside. Therefore, this paper proposes to institutionalize this project, so that the scientific, technological and cultural resources of our higher education system can be transferred through various channels to push forward the new countryside construction. |
