长江三角洲经济一体化和范围经济

长三角的目标不仅是一体化,更为重要的是在一体化中获取范围经济。其推动力是由市场化和国际化推动的的体制一体化,其依托是区域内相同的产业基础条件下的产业组织和分属不同行政区域的共同市场的有效作用。范围经济产生的合力是由合作和共享产生的。合作就是要求区域内地方政府之间克服以邻为壑、过度竞争的现状,从有限领域的合作进入到全方位、多领域的合作;共享就是要求区域内各种经济资源和基础设施实现共享。长三角制造业的生产基地向区域外转移,在区域内发展总部经济、品牌经济,是获取更大的范围经济的重要一步。

The Economies of Scope in the Course of the Economic Integration along the Yangtze River Delta

The tendency of integration has already emerged and has been emerging along the Yangtze River Delta. This is promoted by the system integration caused by the market and internationalization and relies on the effective role of the industrial organization and the common market belonging to different administrative divisions under the condition of the same industry foundation within the region. The Yangtze River Delta is not only aimed at the integration, and its more important goal is to strengthen the overall competitiveness in the course of integration, which consequently raises the issue of economies of scope. The competitiveness engendered by the economies of scope is the one produced by cooperation and sharing. According to the belief that the world is flat, the transference of the manufacturing production base along the Yangtze River Delta to the district is an important step to acquire the economies of scope.
