| 摘 要： | 高校篮球课要通过教学有意识培养能力与无意识培养能力的双向渠道,提高课堂上的教学效果与教学质量,通过篮球教学课,提高学生对篮球课的兴趣,使学生培养成良好的运动习惯、增强学生终身体育的意识,创造良好的心理条件,进行了解认识、掌握篮球运动技术与技能达到有效的教学效果。

| Abstract: | College basketball teaching is aimed to improving the teaching quality in the classroom by the way of training consciously and unconsciously.Basketball teaching can raise student's interest in basketball lesson,make students have a good habit,strengthen the consciousness of student's lifetime sports,create the good psychological condition,and also can effectively make the students master basketball skills. |
