| 摘 要： | 剩余劳动力转移是促进区域与城乡互动发展的纽带之一,是统筹西北地区区域与城乡统筹发展的必由之路,因此还需分析清楚西北地区农村剩余劳动力转移的难点,然后进行西北地区农村劳动力转移的空间模式选择,提出相应的农村城镇化、培育西北4个城市群带、大尺度的空间转移三种措施,设计出西北地区农村劳动力转的移制度保障。

| Abstract: | It is believed that the transfer of surplus rural labors is one of the ties to plan urban and rural areas as a whole and is only the way for the Northwest areas.The difficulties of the transfer of rural surplus labors of the areas is assayed and is the spatial choice pattern expounded:rural urbanization,fostering four city groups in Northwest areas,transferring with large dimension space.Then the guarantee mechanism is designed. |
