| 摘 要： | 论述了合并后地方高校可持续发展的基本内涵,分析了合并后地方高校实现可持续发展的影响因素,结合合并后地方高校的实际,提出了特色发展战略、人才发展战略、制度创新战略、科研和科技开发战略等四大发展战略,不断办出地方高校的特色和水平,以实现可持续发展的战略目标。

| Abstract: | The connotations of sustainable development strategy for merged local colleges are discussed with analysis made on the factors that will affect these colleges in realizing their sustainable development. In respect to their actual situations, four strategies are put forward to help them to realize their sustainable development, including the strategy of characteristic development, talents development, institutional innovation and scientific research & development. By adopting these strategies, the merged local colleges can form their own characteristics, constantly upgrade their levels and finally realize their goal of sustainable development. |
