| 摘 要： | 金融资产管理公司应积极探索不良资产的经营与管理策略,理顺管理体制,以利于资产的管理与维权;要完善内控制度,建立约束与激励机制,拓宽业务范围,探索不良资产的处置思路。同时,要研究长期发展策略,培养资本市场的品牌意识,参与投资银行体系的建设。

| Abstract: | The financial assets management company should positively investigate the management of bad property and management strategy, manage the agreeable management system for the convenience of the management of the property and defend its rights;perfect its inner-controlled system, establish a control and motivation mechanism ; widely expand the business scope, explore some new ways to deal with the bad property.At the same time, some long-term strategies must be studied, brand consciousness be raised in the capital market, and active participation in the building of the investment banking system be encouraged. |
