| Abstract: | In the fields of the history of thoughts and China studies in the 20th century, Benjamin I. Schwartz is highly praised in the academia because of his abstruse and prospective thinking. Particularly, his study of the non - reductionism of the Chinese thoughts is of methodological importance in the history of research work and of referential significance to the reflection of the modem value and transformation of traditional Chinese ideas in a global context today. |
