| 摘 要： | 冲突是国际政治永恒的主题。对冲突概念进行界定,并梳理和分析不同的冲突应对战略对于冲突理论研究和外交实践都具有重要的现实意义。本文根据冲突的内涵,对冲突管理理论进行了初步阐述;对冲突管理的方式、条件和目标等进行了初步分析,便于进一步了解冲突管理理论的具体内涵和操作方式,希望最终为外交实践提供有益的理论和实践指导。

A Study of Conflict Management Theory |

| Abstract: | Conflict is an eternal theme in international politics. Based on the concept of conflict, the article elaborates on the conflict management theory as well as the ways, conditions and goals of conflict management with the aim to further the understanding of concrete connotation and operational means of conflict management. The anthor hopes that the study could provide instructive theoretical and practical guidance for diplomatic practices. |
