炫耀性政治行为现象及动因分析

炫耀性政治行为是指人们以炫耀权力为方式,以满足虚荣心为目的而进行的各种政治行为。有权力者可以借助各种政治仪式、政治活动,在过程中实现炫耀;也可以通过建设(立)各种政治设施,以有形的物品实现炫耀。炫耀性政治行为的动因有三:个体心理方面,个性以及自尊异化;社会文化方面,中国特有的面子观念、权力崇拜;政治制度方面,政绩考核、晋升制度等对官员的影响。

Reseach on the Definition and Motives Of Conspicuous Political Behavior

Conspicuous political behavior is when one in charge makes a parade of the power in order to satisfy one's vanity.Such a behavior is often shown by virtue of political rituals and campaigns,or by constructing facilities in material forms.Motives for conspicuous political behaviors are revealed in this paper in three respects: 1) individual psychology such as the dissimilation of personality and self-esteem;2) mentality rooted in sociology and culture such as the typical Chinese concept of "face",worship of power;3) the effects of political system on officials such as the achievement assessment and promotion.
