| Abstract: | Due to the special cultural environment and historical background of China＇s modern enterprise farreaching, Guangdong modern overseas Chinese enterprise management thought including enterprise＇s pioneering spirit, the intro duction of new technologies, promotion, etc. to the western concept of scientific management of Chinese enterprise man agement of the recent evolution of the development of modernization has played a vital role. |
