| 摘 要： | 高校原有的财务管理体制无法适应新的办学要求,在高校推进校院两级财务管理体制,有利于提高高校教育资源的利用效率,增加办学的经济效益和社会效益,也受到越来越多人的重视。指出现行高校财务管理体制存在的问题,对高校财务管理体制的创新思路及实施办法进行探讨。
