| 摘 要： | 针对我国城市外来人口及其聚居区问题,本文在对相关政策与已有研究成果进行文献综述的基础上,分析了城郊结合部大量存在的外来人口聚居区的形成原因及其给城市社会发展带来的问题,并提出了规范管理的几点政策建议。
