| 摘 要： | 在新的形势下,我国高等教育要实现跨越式发展,更好地履行培养人才、科学研究、服务社会三大职能,在科教兴国和增强综合国力的伟大实践中做出更大贡献,就必须始终坚持"三个代表"重要思想,用"三个代表"重要思想指导教学、科研、人才培养工作,不断发挥高等学校在促进社会生产力发展、弘扬时代先进文化、实现人民群众的根本利益方面的"龙头"作用和"基地"作用。用"三个代表"重要思想指导高校德育的改革和发展,特别是将其作为培养全面发展的有创新精神的高素质人才的根本指导思想和核心内容,成了高校德育最重要的任务。

| Abstract: | In order to achieve leaping development in higher education, perform its three functions, and make better contribution in the practice of invigorating China through science and education and strengthening comprehensive national power, the important thought of "Three Represents" should be taken as guide in higher education work of teaching, research and talents-cultivation. It is true of moral education in colleges and universities to cultivate all-round, innovative high quality talents. |
