关于新形势下高等教育教学质量的思考

社会对人才的要求是一个不断变化的过程 ,高等教育在为社会提供这种需求的前提下 ,应在与时俱进上下工夫。本人分析高等教育在新形势下出现的新情况 ,特别是教育和教学管理中仍存在着诸多不适合当前高等教育发展的问题的基础上 ,探讨了在前高等教育由“精英型”向“大众型”转变的新形势下 ,提高教育质量的重要性及具体措施。认为教学质量是主题 ,应因势利导 ,因材施教 ,采取积极措施 ,保障和提高教学质量 ,教学管理是基础 ,先进的教学管理机制有利于教学质量的提高。

Reflection on the Teaching Quality of Higher Education in the New Situation

As the social demands for talents are changing, the higher education should change with the times in order to meet the new requirements. My paper analyses the new problems arising in the current higher education, especially those of education and teaching management inconsistent with higher education development, on which basis I probe into the importance of improving teaching quality and relevant measures in the transitional period of higher education from the elite to the popular education. As teaching quality is the theme, practical measures should be adopted to ensure and improve it and students should be taught according to their aptitude. As teaching management is the foundation, advanced management system is helpful in teaching quality improvement.
