| 摘 要： | 本文从阐述素质教育的概念和内涵入手,分析了大学生思想政治素质及其教育的现状,提出了紧紧围绕一个主旋律、充分发挥两个作用、努力实现三个转变和着力解决四个问题等加强和改善思想政治素质教育的思路.

| Abstract: | This article first discusses the conception and implication of quality education, and then analyzed the current situation of political ideological quality of college students and its education. It also puts forward the ideas on how to strengthen and improve the education: center on the one main melody ; give full play to the two roles; realize 11 the three changes ; solve the tour problems. |
