| 摘 要： | 从分析图书馆不和谐现象入手,解析了不和谐现象存在的原因。提出要以以人为本的理念作为管理工作的出发点,激励与竞争手段并举,强化员工之间的沟通与协作,实现人性化管理;强化员工的服务意识,融洽员工与读者之间的关系,从而构建和谐图书馆。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the disharmonious phenomena of the library, this paper is aiming to find out the underlying reasons of such disharmonious phenomena. Additionally, the paper puts forwards a series of people-oriented strategies so as to inspire the librarians, to manage the resource of the library, to harmonize the relations between the library and the readers with the purpose of building a harmonious library. |
