| 摘 要： | 股东权益保护在上市公司信息公开法律规范中居重要的地位。深入揭示上市公司的组织特点所致股东权益保护的迫切性及信息公开制度本身的功能与股东权益保护之内在关联的基础上,对中国之相关实践现状,予以理性剖析,最后就完善我国相关制度提出一些政策性建议。

The Information Disclosure of Listing Company and the Protection of Shareholders' Rights |

| Abstract: | As well as we know,the protection of shareholders' rights is important in the legal norm of the information disclosure of listing company. This dissertation points out that protecting shareholders' rights is a urgent task because of the framework of listing company, and probes the internal relationship between the function of the information disclosure and the protection of shareholders' rights. On the basis, this dissertation rationally analyses the practice of China, and finally puts forward some policy suggestion to perfect the system. |
