中国共产党领导中国人民在长期的革命和建设过程中积累了丰富的民主政治建设的文化资源，这是一笔宝贵的精神财富，在现代民主政治建设的过程中应当大力传承弘扬。然而，中国社会主义民主政治建设是一个不断完善和发展的过程，还存在许多需要解决的问题。需要通过坚持党的领导、人民当家作主和依法治国有机统一，完善人民代表大会制度，扩大基层民主，建立健全权力监督制约机制等渠道，完善我国的民主政治建设。

The Cultural Resources for China's Democracy Construction and Practical Approaches

In its long journey of leading Chinese people in the revolution and building of China, Chinese Communist Party has accumulated for the democracy building great abundance of cultural resources, a great treasure of spirit whieh should be widely publicized and further developed. However, the building process will be a long way to go, with a lot of prob- lems to be settled. It will be achieved by sticking to the Party＇s leadership, to the organic unity of people＇s mastery and rule by law, by improving the system of people＇s congress, by extending grass roots democracy, and by establishing and improving mechanism of supervision restraint and of power.
