《陌上桑》与汉代政治

汉乐府民歌《陌上桑》是一篇很有趣味的作品,论者一般认为,其主旨是描写一个采桑女子对太守调戏的嘲讽,歌颂了劳动人民不畏强暴的精神云云。但透过该诗,结合当时社会现状等方面情况看,其实这首诗只是反映了汉代地方政治之一般特色。它虽是一首民间歌谣,其所反映的内容却与汉末政治社会之情况暗合。由此可以看出,它绝不是普通老百姓唱的,也不是歌颂劳动人民坚贞不屈、批判统治阶级荒淫无道,它只是熟悉汉代政治的地方大姓人家子女之间互相谐谑嬉笑的欢唱。

Moshangsang and Politics in Han Dynasty

Moshangsang is a masterpiece of great interest.In the eyes of many readers,it describes how a mulberry-picking girl sneered at the official's flirtation and praises the unyielding spirit of working class.However,from the aspect of social status quo,the writer concludes that it reflects some features of local politics.The contents of this ballad are actually related to politics and society at the end of the Han Dynasty.In fact,it is not a song of the common,not praise for unyielding working class or criticism of extravagance of the rulers.It is a pleasant song sung among girls of big clans,who are familiar with politics of Han Dynasty.
