东魏北齐邺京里坊制度考

里坊是古代都城构造的一个重要组成部分，坊之置始于北魏平城，洛阳、邺京沿置。邺南城400余坊，北宋时已不可名状。稽诸石刻，可考证出东魏北齐邺京28里3坊，里、坊置正，分掌管理和治安。城内置坊，城外置村。里承汉制，坊启隋唐，邺京里坊制度在中国古代都城制度发展史上具有承前启后的地位与作用。

Textual Research On The Capital's Li-Fang Systerm in Eastern Wei & Northern Qi Dynasties

The system of ＂Li-Fang＂, as the basic communities of the ancient Chinese urban architecture, has aroused the academic interest. This paper has proved that the ＂Li-Fang＂ of the Ping Cheng which was the capital city of the Northern Wei Dynasty had started to establish during the dominant time of the Northern Wei Dynasty. After that, the other two big cities, Luo Yang and Ye Cheng, had followed this kind of establishment. However, there about 400 Fang weren＇t known till to the Northern Song Dynasty that With reference to various carved stones, now it could be proved that Li-Fang had built inside the national capital, during the Eastern Wei ＆ Northern Qi Dynasties. Nowadays there were still 28 Li and 3 Fang that could been researched specifically; furthermore, the leaders of the Li and Fang, which named ＂Li-Zheng＂ and ＂Fang Zheng＂, were in charge of the administration and the public security respectively. Finally, the author concludes that the system of ＂Li-Fang＂ of the capital city at the both of the Eastern Wei and Northern Qi Dynasties, which had followed the system of Han Dynasty, had presented the model of the Capital City to the following two dynasties, Sui and Tang.
