| 摘 要： | 2007年以来,由美国次贷危机引发的全球金融的流动性危机使得各国主权财富基金成为了国际投资领域和国际金融领域的热点.各国主权财富基金频频对欧美主要银行和投资基金进行实质性投资,一方面引起了投资保护主义者和投资自由主义者之间的争论,另一方面也引起了理论界和法律实务界的高度关注.由于主权财富基金自身的特点以及近年来迅猛的发展趋势,使得对于其的法律规制问题显得尤为重要.本文阐述了当前国际和国内层面上主权财富基金的法律规制框架,并结合我国现行立法和实际情况对完善我国法律监管框架提出了建议.
