| 摘 要： | 为了解决全国高等学校法学本科学生毕业论文撰写不规范问题,在采用调查研究的方法基础上,论述了法学毕业论文撰写规范的意义,并对法学毕业论文结构及要求、毕业论文格式要求和论文的装订顺序进行了统一规范,并形成了辽宁工程技术大学公共管理与法学院毕业论文撰写规范规定,为法学毕业生撰写论文提供了指南。
