重庆市经济结构调整的探索

通过对重庆市经济结构中存在的九个方面矛盾的分析 ,结合现代产业结构调整的理论 ,首先剖析了影响结构调整的体制因素和技术因素 ,从理性角度探求重庆市经济结构调整的方法和路径。再结合重庆市的实际情况 ,提出了在重庆市经济结构矛盾中 ,区位矛盾是主要矛盾 ,而城市化则是解决区位矛盾的主要途径。因此近期应该以城市化为龙头、以工业化为依托、以基础设施建设为先导 ,以扩大内需为根本出发点 ,以创新和开放为动力 ,推进重庆市经济结构调整

Economic Structure Adjustment of Chongqing

This paper deals with the problems found in nine areas in the economic structure of Chongqing. It first analyzes some systematic and technological factors affecting the economic structure, and then puts forward some approaches to the local economic structure adjustment. Next, it points out that the district problem is presently the critical one, to which urbanization serves as an essential solution. It is suggested, therefore, that the economic structure adjustment of Chongqing is to be promoted by urbanization, industrialization, development of infrastructure, and expansion of domestic demands.
