中国大学科技园管理模式问题研究

大学科技园作为科技成果转化、人才培养和企业孵化的平台,就必须在科技成果利用转化、创新人才培养、孵化企业方面提供软硬件支持.文章在对大学科技园管理人员进行访谈和文献研究的基础上,总结了中国现行大学科技园存在的主要问题,并分析了产生不足的原因,同时借鉴高校与政府结合较好的科技园经验,对中国科技园发展模式提出可行性建议.
