| Abstract: | The article argues that ecolgical ethic construction is the main content of the cultural construction of enterprises.In order to push forward ecological ethic construction in the enterprise culture,it is necessary to strengthen the consciousness of protecting ecological environment,beautify the environment of enterprises and make great efforts to resolve the problems of pollution. |
