| Abstract: | Library has entered into a new digital time and network world. The developments of modern library put forward new challenges and demands for many talented people. Therefore, it is important to train the talents for the libraries. This article analyzes the present structure of personnel and basic requirements for the librarians in the new circumstances. Meanwhile the papers also discusses some concrete measures to train qualified talents by means ofa macro strategy. |
