制度创新应遵循的原则

制度创新是中国未来改革的主题,也是当代中国走向现代化历史进程中的必然选择。制度创新对政治文明、精神文明和物质文明的推动作用是巨大的。为搞好制度创新,我们应当在制度创新过程中遵循七项原则,即:坚持开放性,提升学习力;坚持可行性,提升直觉力;坚持系统性,提升整合力;坚持公平性,提升洞察力;坚持交互性,提升凝聚力;坚持前瞻性,提升预见力;坚持实践性,提升持续力。

System innovation is the theme of reform in China in the future,the inevitable choice of contemporary China that move towards the modernized historical process,too.The impetus of system innovation is enormous to the progress of political civiliza-tion,spiritual civilization and material civilization.In order to do system innovation well,we should follow seven principles in the course of system innovation,Namely:Adhere to opening,promote the strength of studying,adhere to feasibility,promote intuition strength,adhere to systematicness,promote the joint efforts,insist on the fairness,promote the insight ,insist on the interaction,promote cohesiveness;insist on the perspective,promote the strength of predicting,insist on the practicality,promote lasting strength.
