师生的交际心理与学习成绩

摘    要:论述了在教学过程中师生的双边交际心理——良性循环的交际心理与逆反现象的交际心理。两种交际心理的产生对教学和学习成绩影响很大 ,良好的交际心理有利于教学和学习的提高 ,逆反现象的交际心理就会适得其反。提倡师生之间良性循环的交际心理 ,使“教”与“学”完美和谐地融为一体。

Abstract:The paper expounds that the two side commmunicative psychologies of teachers students which are virtuous psychology and rebellious psychology during course of teaching . Both of them have great influence on school teaching and students' achivements, good psychology can promote the students' study and teachers' teaching,but psychology will lead to just the opposite.The paper advocates the communicative psy chology of the virtuous circle between teachers and students ,makes the teaching and studying combining together perfectly.
