| 摘 要： | 产业结构调整不能过度依靠政府对某一产业或企业的政策性投入,微观基础的效率在很大程度上决定了产业结构调整的成效。文章探究了产业组织的微观基础及其影响产业结构调整的作用机理。研究表明,介于市场关系和层级关系之间的企业网络是产业组织的重要特征,企业网络有助于实现产业的技术创新和区域资源整合,推动产业结构不断优化。从政策制定者的角度出发,推动产业结构调整应积极采取措施扶植企业网络,同时还必须注重培育企业异质性能力。
