| 摘 要： | 辽宁城市化水平已超过60%,正是城乡融合发展的最佳时期。目前,辽宁城市发展水平较高,但城乡差距仍然较大,都市圈建设也没有充分发挥促进城乡融合的作用。当务之急要提高农村公共服务供给,完善城乡一体化规划,用新型工业化引领农村工业发展。
