大学创新团队成员心理契约结构及内部关系研究

摘    要:心理契约作为维系团队成员与团队之间关系的心理纽带,在团队建设中具有重要作用。文章通过对514名大学创新团队成员的问卷调查,探讨了团队成员心理契约的构成。研究发现,大学创新团队成员的心理契约符合三维度模型,心理契约中的"团队责任"包括达成绩效、支持发展和关心生活;"成员责任"包括团队维护、主动奉献和遵守规范。在此基础上,采用结构方程模型检验相互责任的内部关系,研究结果显示"团队责任"对"成员责任"产生交叉影响。
