新疆高校少数民族学生思想政治教育工作研究

少数民族大学生思想政治教育工作是新疆高校大学生思想政治教育工作的重点与难点。该文比较全面、客观地分析了新疆高校少数民族大学生思想政治教育工作中存在观念落后、内容偏窄、方法滞后以及机制不够健全等问题,并在此基础上提出了相应的对策,以期全面改善新疆少数民族大学生的思想政治教育工作。

Studies on Ideological Political Educational Work of Minority Students in Xinjiang Higher Learning Institutions

The ideological and political educational work for minority students is a key and difficult point in the university students' ideological and political work in Xinjiang higher learning institution.We must further strengthen this work.The present paper makes a comparative all-round and objective analysis about the lag-behind ideas,narrow aspects,out-of-date methods and broken mechanism of minority students ideological and political work in Xinjiang higher learning institutions,and at the same time expounds corresponding countermeasures,expecting an all-round perfection of the minority students work will come into being.
