| 摘 要： | 软件开发项目的各个阶段均含有多种形式的实物期权。在讨论软件开发项目的生命周期的基础上,界定了在其各个阶段上可能存在的实物期权;研究了在考虑内含实物期权时,软件开发项目投资决策分析的内容和目标;构建了在考虑内含实物期权时,软件开发项目投资决策分析的一般过程和决策准则。

| Abstract: | There are many kinds of real options in each phase of software rpoject lifetime.First,the process of software project is analyzed and the real options that may be embedded in each phase of a software project are identified.Second,the investment de- cision target and contexts are discussed in evaluationof software investment project.Third,a new investment decision criterion is proposed for software investment project in which some real options are embedded.Finally,the general framework is provided to help make investment decisions in a software project. |
