所有制的本质与起源

本文从起源角度入手 ,重新研究了所有制。笔者认为 ,是生产关系决定了所有制而不是相反 ;所有制是人与人之间的社会关系 ;早期社会不存在所有制 ;所有制产生于排他性战争之中 ,必然带有掠夺与剥削 ;公有制和私有制是对立统一体 ,互为存在依据 ;私有财产、剥削、阶级不是剩余产品产生的结果 ,而是其原因。

The Nature and Origin of Ownership

This paper has re studied ownership from the ontological point of view. The author holds that ownership system is determined by productive relationship and not vice versa, that it is the social relationship between individuals, there is no such system in the early society, that it results from the exclusive wars and therefore is with pillage and exploitation, that public ownership and private ownership coexist, and that private property, exploitation and classes are the cause of surplus products instead of their outcome.
