| 摘 要： | 本文认为甘肃省在科技成果转化工作方面存在着忽视成果的中试、推广 ,缺乏一套符合市场经济运行机制的转化体系等问题。并针对存在的问题提出了四条建议 :(1 )建立科技成果转化的机制 ;(2 )转变政府职能 ,做好科技成果转化的协调、推动工作 ;(3)创造宽松环境 ;(4)加强科技成果中试基地建设

| Abstract: | WT5BZ]:Through analysis, the paper concludes that the transformation of scientific achievements in Gansu has been neglected in their pilot and spreading and a transformational system lacks in agreement with market economic mechanism. The paper has made four relevant suggestions: 1) establishing the mechanism of scientific achievement transformation; 2) shifting the role of government to the coordination and promotion of such transformations; 3) creating loose environments; and 4) reinforcing the building of scientific achievement pilot bases.
