| 摘 要： | 人类的存在和发展离不开技术,也离不开指导人类技术实践活动的技术理性。技术实践是一个动态历史过程,因而技术理性也是动态发展的。技术理性的历史进路经历了一个"否定之否定"的过程,农业文明时期的技术理性和价值理性两者之间保持了某种程度的原始张力;近代工业文明以来,技术理性的膨胀与价值理性的缺失导致技术价值观的工具化倾向;从现代工业文明反思传统技术理性观的结果就是张扬技术理性与价值理性的和谐,使技术成为追求多元价值的一项实践活动。
