论道德和伦理概念及其相互关系

在西方文化中，尤其在黑格尔法哲学理论体系中，“道德”是作为主体的人的主观性自由的定在，“伦理”则是成为现存世界和自我意识本性的那种自由的概念；在中国文化中，“道德”主要是由老子在《道德经》中所论证和阐发的“得道之‘德”’，“伦理”则主要是由以孔子为代表的中国儒家学者们所阐发和构建的社会典章制度和人们的行为规范。在黑格尔法哲学理论体系中，“伦理”高于“道德”；在中国文化中，则是“道德”高于“伦理”。

Study of the Concepts of Morality and Ethnics and Their Relations

As illustrated in the western culture,especially in the theoretical system of Hegel’s philosophy,morality is defined by one’s subjective freedom as the main body while ethnics refers to the concept of freedom to become the existing world and the nature of self-consciousness.In the Chinese culture,morality is mainly represented by the virtue of being engaged in just causes as illustrated in Classic of the Virtue of the Tao by Lao-tzu whereas ethnics is mainly illustrated as the honorary decrees and regulations and behavior standards in the society,represented by Chinese Confucians.Ethics is above morality in the theoretical system of Hegel’s philosophy.However,morality is above ethnics in the Chinese culture.
