论社会主义的制度性质判断与价值判断

对社会主义进行全面的评价和判断 ,是推进社会主义事业不断发展、推进社会主义改革深化的理论支持。社会主义的制度性质判断和价值判断 ,是全面认识和判断社会主义的两大核心标准。制度性质判断从制度本质的层面上断定社会主义是什么 ,或者断定某一特定社会是不是社会主义社会 ;价值判断在于揭示社会主义具有的优越性 ,为社会主义社会的存在和发展提供合理性根据。制度性质判断和价值判断分属于不同性质的判断 ,有各自的内容和作用 ,不能相互代替。同时 ,两者又相互制约、相互支持 ,对社会主义的制度性质判断内含着制度判断的内容 ,社会主义的价值判断则高于制度性质判断 ,要求制度性质判断服从于价值判断

To Examine the Nature and Value System of Socialist System

The evaluation of the Socialist System is twofold: by its nature and by its value system. A socialist system can be identified through the former while its superiority revealed through the latter. The studies of them can provide theoretical support to promote the continuous development of the enterprises and to deepen the reforms in socialist countries. The paper concludes after detailed analyses that the two are complementary to each other even though the former is sometimes subject to the latter.
