新时期加强研究生党建工作的思考

当前研究生党员及党建工作现状令人忧虑:如应届生党员、预备党员思想成熟度低;往届生党员思想构成复杂;研究生党员的再培养缺乏;党员模范带头作用发挥意识淡薄;党组织的战斗堡垒作用趋弱。应该从教育工作者的加强学习、结合实际的党员再教育、可提高感召力的党建工作形式、民主评议党员的作用、奖罚机制的建立等诸方面,探索研究生党建工作的方法措施。寻求研究生党支部书记选拔制度化、规范化,党建工作与专业学习相结合的党建工作的改革创新。

Reflections on Strengthening the Party Building among Postgraduates in the New Historical Period

Currently,the situation of the Party members and Party building among postgraduates needs to be speedily changed.To strengthen Party building among postgraduates,the following measures should be taken:(1)educational workers should pay more attention to studying,and set an example with their own conduct;(2)it is essential to carry on re-education among the Party members in the light of the actual conditions;(3)various forms are adopted to enhance the Party organization's inspiration;(4)it is necessary to give full play to the function of democratic appraisal of the Party members;and (5)the mechanism of rewards and penalties must be established.In the final analysis,it is imperative to make constant innovations in the Party building among postgraduates.
