| 摘 要： | 信访制度是我国当今迫切需要完善的民主法律制度。在主体间性理论范式下,信访制度反映了政治层面和法律层面中的多重复杂关系。在关系理论之下,可以重构信访制度的功能、角色以及权力结构。信访制度对于我国的民主法治建设具有重大意义。

| Abstract: | The resolution-by-visit-and-mail is a democratic and legal institution which is urgent in need of perfection.From the perspective of the intersubjectivity theory,the resolution-by-visit-and-mail institution reflects various complex relations on political and legal levels and the function,status,and power structure of the resolution-by-visit-and-mail institution can be restructured from the viewpoint of relation theory,since the resolution-by-visit-and-mail is an important institution for the construction of democracy and legal system. |
