| 摘 要： | 服务贸易的第一道关口就是向进口国的市场进入,即市场准入.在GATS中最为核心的原则自然就是市场准入,这一原则对于各成员方的影响最为直接和深远.在分析了市场准入原则在GATS中的基本涵义以及该原则在国际电信服务贸易领域的实际适用情况,并结合中国电信服务业发展及现状进行研究的基础上,对中国电信服务市场的对外开放问题提出若干思考和建议便具有现实意义.

| Abstract: | Market access is the first pass to carry out international trade in service and one of the best important rules in GATS. So the impact or influence on relative members of WTO brought by this rule is very immediate and far-reaching. The writer stressed the analysis of the essential concept of Market Access in GATS and the practical application of this rule in the field of international trade in service in telecom. Furthermore, the writer brought forward some opinions and suggestions about opening up to the outside world of the market of Chinese telecom trade in service after considering the history, status in quo and development in future of telecom trade in service in China. |
