| 摘 要： | 图书馆职业道德的建设作为精神文明建设的组成部分,在当前市场经济条件下,其自身的职业道德建设显得尤为重要。图书馆工作者应该提高职业道德意识、完善职业道德行为、加强职业道德培养,逐步建设与社会主义市场经济相适应的职业道德规范,为培养有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的社会主义公民,提高整个中华民族的思想道德素质,发挥出应有的职能。

| Abstract: | As a major part of spirit civilized construction library professional morale construction plays an important role in sociaess of professional moral perfect their behaviors strengthen its cultivation and gradually develop a kind of morale stan-dard suitable for socialist market economy.Moreover it will make some contribution to cultivate the socialist citizen with de-sire ethnic knowledge and principle and then improve the morale of the whole Chinese nation. |
